How do I do it?
Where one is low and ten is high, rate your levels of energy, openness and
focus at the moment.
Then add these numbers together - and work out their percentage out of the
possible maximum of 30. This is your motivational energy flow. If your maths
isn't too hot - don't worry - our tool below will do the sums for you!
If your motivational energy flow is less than 100 per cent, then the chances
are you could be achieving more at what you are doing - and enjoying it
more.
Think of a 10 energy, 10 openness, 10 focus experience. Where were you? What
were you doing? Were you enjoying yourself? Were you successful in what you
were doing? Imagine the way you were feeling and try to recreate that
feeling when you need a boost. |
